International Payments: International customers are required to make payments via bank transfer. Once you receive a confirmation email or call from us detailing your order and payment instructions, your order will be held for 36 hours. Product Availability: The Ahmad Kalia Store does not guarantee the availability of products if payment is made beyond the specified 36-hour timeframe. While we strive to fulfill your initial order, should any item be out of stock, you will have the opportunity to select an alternative product, design, or color within the same price range. We are not liable for delivery delays due to stock unavailability.

Order Cancellation: If we do not receive confirmation from the customer within the stipulated timeframe, the order may be cancelled without further notice.

Processing International Orders: International orders will only be processed after receipt of payment from the customer.

Domestic Orders (Pakistan): Customers within Pakistan may place orders online and opt for payment upon delivery, subject to confirmation.
