Refund policy

Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges based on personal preference as each outfit is custom-made for our valued customers. Exchanges are only possible if you receive a defective or incorrect item, provided that the item is unused and undamaged by the customer. Please note, all sales of lawn products and custom orders are final and non-exchangeable.

Return Policy: All purchases are considered final and non-refundable. However, should you receive an incorrect item, you may be eligible for an exchange, subject to product and size availability. Please inform us within one week of receiving your order. Claims for exchanges or returns made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Policy: All sales are final and no monetary refunds will be issued. Exchanges for products of equal or higher value may be considered under certain circumstances. Formal and bridal orders cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for refunds. Customers are given a 7-day notice to complete payments. Advance payments are non-refundable.
